How to make Dominican Longaniza
«Longaniza Dominicana» was our first attempt at a single subject book and as such it was humble. It was a short book that explored the history and recipes of the famous Dominican Longaniza. It quickly became an adventure as it won the national Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, categories (meats and self-published) and then went on to be short-listed for the worldwide «single subject» eventually winning third place and the «Best in the World» denomination.
It’s a book that took us to China in 2018, where we made so many great friends and that brought us back in 2019, to organize and successfully host the «Dominican Food Festival» in Yantai Wine Bay, China.
